The ProAir Childs Air Jacket is designed to be worn in conjunction with a conventional body protector for the highest level of safety. Pony Club rules stipulate that air vests must be worn with a conventional body protector during eventing.
The ProAir air vest has been tested on its own and protects as well as a conventional body protector in the event of a fall, but protection levels are a personal choice, so please decide what is right for your child.
NOTE: Children must weigh at least 5 stone/70 pounds to utilize this vest. This jacket uses the new style bayonet cannister.
